Projectivity is a client-server web application that allows its users to manage the whole company documentation.

This means that you access Projectivity through a browser, e.g. Internet Explorer, over the network.

Client-Server Architecture

Projectivity allows to upload and download documents to and from the company repository.

When a user downloads a document, a copy of it is created in the user personal computer disk.

Document downloaded

After having downloaded the document, the user can work on it. This way the user modifies the copy of the original document which is stored in Projectivity repository.

Document locally modified

In order to synchronize the changes in Projectivity so that other users can benefit from the modifications, the user has to explicitally update the document stored in Projectivity repository.
