My Workspaces

The home page shows 3 sections of My Workspaces:

1. My Business Units
2. My Projects
3. My Activities

Those lists include all the workspaces you are assigned to, grouped by workspace type.

This tool allows you to access your workspaces. When you click on an item in a list you switch from My Home to Workspace view.

From the workspace view you can hierarchically browse the workspaces; the one you clicked on in the My Workspace list will be the root of the workspace tree.

The following image shows My Business Units with 1 workspace called Acme, My Projects with 1 workspace called JPRL 1.0 and an empty My Activities.

The items in the list can be sorted by name or assignment time clicking on the column name.
