My Workload
From Projectivity Documentation
When clicking on My Workload a stacked bar chart is displayed showing your cumulated workload, i.e. your time allocation to all activities you are assigned to over the week (this takes into account allocations to several activities in parallel).
The workload values are expressed in percentage of working days. For example If your working day is 8 hours long, an allocation of 50% means that you should spend 4 hours on that activity.
Note that overallocation are allowed: if you have an unrealistic overallocation (say more that 125%) you should notify your manager.
The chart time window length is one week (5 days: week-ends are not taken into account).
Clicking on a bar shows more details about the corresponding activity: its full workspace name and the allocation percentage.
The calendar component (Please select a date) allows you to choose the week to be displayed (just choose a date to display the corresponding work week).
The following image shows an example chart:.

In this example the user is allocated to 2 activities in parallel (Sprint 3 and Sprint 4).
