My Schedule

Clicking on My Schedule on the home page, a Calendar view of your Tasks and Meetings is displayed.

The following image shows a calendar with 3 meetings and 2 tasks:

• Tasks are listed on Daily Tasks section of the calendar
• Meetings are displayed on the calendar according to its start and end time (meetings happening outside the default working time period are listed in the "Later Meetings" section)

Hovering the mouse on a task/meeting pops up a window with more details (you can see the popup over Req Doc Meeting on the image above).

Note:

• you cannot modify tasks or meetings from My Schedule as it is a read only tool. You can create, edit and delete tasks/meetings by accessing the Tools section of a workspace (not all workspaces have a task or meeting tool, this is defined in the corresponding framework).
