Managing Reports

If you are allowed to generate reports (the Administrator defines who can create reports in the Administration console) you can access the My Reports tab.

My Reports allows you to define one or more reports to better control the status of projects and resources.

You can create two types of reports:

  1. User Report
  2. Project Reports


The following image shows the My Reports page with 4 reports defined:

From here you can access a report to generate it or to modify it. You can also delete an existing report.

Note that one report (My Activities) is marked to be on Schedule. This means that it will be generated periodically and sent you directly via email: a great way to have control of what is happening without even the need to login Projectivity!
