Document Explorer
From Projectivity Documentation
First of all, it is important to clarify that each workspace has its own documents repository. You can access a workspace repository clicking on the "Document Explorer" button from the main workspace window.
The following figure shows several workspaces and their associated documents. Each of these documents lives in a workspace that defines implicitally its context. Imagine to have a document called "Requirements Document.doc" in the workspace"/Acme/Products/Jet Propelled Roller Skates/JPRS 1.0". The context and the document name make clear what it is about!

By accessing a workspace the user has the chance of managing the associated documentation. This is done through the Document Explorer tool that is shown in the following figure.

The Document Explorer window is organized in 2 areas:
- On the left, you can find the folder hierarchy. This panel allows you to quickly navigate the folder structure.
- The main area shows the current selected folder content: documents and nested folders.
Right clicking a document or folder a popup menu is displayed. This allows the user to perform any operation on the selected item.

NOTE: in order to download a file, just click on the icons next to the file (the second locks the document as well).
